You have to grow from the inside out.

None can teach you,

none can make you spiritual.

There is no other teacher but your own soul.

OM: the symbol of the Three in One,

the three worlds in the Soul;

the three times, past, present, future, in Eternity;

the three Divine Powers, Creation, Preservation, Transformation,

in the one Being;

the three essences, immortality, omniscience, joy, in the one Spirit.

This is the Word, the Symbol,

of the Master and Lord, the perfected Spiritual Man.

Translation
Uplift yourself by yourself, do not deprecate yourself.

For only you are your friend, and only you are your enemy.

Meaning:
In order to progress in the spiritual path, in fact, any undertaking, we have to lift ourselves by our own efforts. We are our own friend if we do so, and if we don’t, we become our own enemy. In other words, our success and failure is entirely in our hands. No other person can help or hurt us.

The Bhagavad Gita:

Rules of love – Rule 20

We were all created in His image,

and yet we were each created different and unique.

No two people are alike.

No hearts beat to the same rhythm.

If God had wanted everyone to be the same,

He would have made it so.

Therefore, disrespecting differences and imposing your thoughts on others,

is an amount to disrespecting God’s holy scheme.

Rule of love – 1

How we see God is a direct reflection of how we see ourselves.

If God brings to mind

mostly fear and blame,

it means there is too much

fear and blame welled inside us.

If we see God as full of love

and compassion, so are we.

We are rubies

We are all Spiritual beings
having a physical experience.

We are rubies
in the midst of granite.

We are imbued with
resplendent majesty but

We insist on
remaining shriveled
and withered in our prison of dust.

Why not become fresh
from the gentleness of the heart-spring?

Why not laugh…
like a rose?

Why not spread
perfume?

Highest state of spiritual union.

Only when a person

responds to the

joys  and sorrows

of others,

as if they were his own,

he has attained the

highest state of spiritual union.
