तदा द्रष्ट् स्वरूऩऽवस्थानभ ॥ ३ ॥
tada drashtuh svaroope avasthanam
English translation -At that time (the time of concentration) the seer (the
Purasa) rests in his own (unmodified) state.
meaning – As soon as the waves have stopped, and the lake has become
quiet, we see the ground below the lake. So with the mind;
when it is calm, we see what our own nature is; we do not mix
ourself but remain our own selves.
Stay happy, healthy and safe – 15
आत्मानं सततं रक्षेत्।
ātmānaṃ satataṃ rakṣet।
One must save oneself under any circumstances.
हर परिस्थति में अपनी, स्वंय की सुरक्षा जरुर करें।
