एक बात तो बङे अच्छे से समझ आ गई,
अपनी लङाई खुद ही लङनी होती है।
इसमें
शायद ही कोई साथ देता है,
क्योंकि
लोग अपनी लङाईयों अौर उलझनों में उलझने होते हैं।

खुला आसमान
तीन वर्ष की कन्या को देवी बनाते हैं
नवरात्रि में कन्या पूजन करते हैं।
पर उसकी पहचान इस बड़ी दुनिया में खो क्यों जाती है।
वह मातृत्व, गृहणी …. के दायित्व में हीं क्यो भाती है?
क्या यह संभव नहीं कि
उसे खुला आसमान दें , उङान भरने के लिये
ताकि वह अपने जीवन पर गर्व कर सके?

A simple hug or gesture can go a long way. Just be an encouraging social support.Mental illness is difficult to live with and can often result in external and internal struggles. Depression and anxiety are the most common and lead to low self-esteem (internal). Low self-esteem impacts how you interact with others (external).The most important thing is never put yourself down. You’re too good for that. Everyone is unique in their own way, so find who you are. Rise to the challenge and open up your positive thinking. जीवन के रंग – 31 सघन अँधेरा
कालरात्रि सा सघन अँधेरा ,
आता है जीवन में हर रोज़ .
पर
आकाश के एक एक कर
बूझते सितारे,
करते है सूरज
औ भोर की
किरणों का आगाज …..
बस याद रखना है –
हर रात की होती है
सुहानी भोर !!!
