A PENGUN – Retd Brigadier General in Military Intelligence Norwegian Army

  A military ceremony in Norway  took place to honor a penguin to retire as a Brigadier General in Military Intelligence – Norwegian Army.

He received the rank of brigadier general in the army from the commander of the Norwegian forces, and was received by the highest officers and military played the national peace of Norway. This penguin lived on the Russian-Norwegian border for a year and a half.

He was carrying cameras and other spy equipment, diving to the depths of the water to discover the presence of Russian submarines or any other surprise military maneuvers on the border. He worked as a guard of his country’s borders in climatic conditions.

He retired from work. He was honoured . The Panguin’s name is Sir Nils Olav and he has been promoted as a brigadier. Currently he resides in Edinburgh zoo.

How ‘complicit’ became most searched word of the year

 

Word “Complicit”  has become ‘word of the year’ after it topped the online search site Dictionary.com’s most searched-for list. Why has 2017 been so full of curiosity about being ‘complicit’?

Dictionary.com defines “complicit” as “choosing to be involved in an illegal or questionable act, especially with others; having partnership or involvement in wrongdoing.” And according to the dictionary, complicity — or in some cases, the refusal to be complicit — was pertinent to some of the biggest news topics of the year, from politics to National Football League players’ anthem protests to the outpouring of personal experiences with sexual harassment and assault using the hashtag #MeToo.

 

ऑनलाइन  साइट डिक्शनरी.कॉम की सबसे अधिक खोजी गई शब्द   में शीर्ष स्थान पर रहनेवाला ‘सहभागिता’   ‘वर्ष का शब्द’ 2017 बन गया है।

Dictionary.com परिभाषित करता है “सहभागिता” के रूप में “किसी गैरकानूनी या संदिग्ध कृत्य में शामिल होना, खासकर दूसरों के साथ; गलत तरीके से साझेदारी या सहभागिता । “और डिक्शनरी के अनुसार, सहभागिता – या कुछ मामलों में, सहभागिता से इनकार करना ।  वर्ष 2017  के कुछ  समाचार विषयों के लिये प्रासंगिक है। राजनीति, राष्ट्रीय फुटबॉल लीग के खिलाड़ियों के गानों के विरोध,  हैशटैग # मीटू के चर्चा में इसका  उपयोग हुआ है।

The humble Khichri to be crowned as Brand India cuisine

 

A dish that tickled the taste buds of Moroccan traveller Ibn Battuta and emperor Akbar and continues to be a staple food in large parts of the country is to be crowned and marketed as India’s international food.

The humble khichri will on November 4 be announced as a brand India cuisine, during the second day of the World Food Day mega event to be organised in Delhi. The event will showcase India’s food processing industry and a wide array of cuisine.

 

एक डिश जो मोरक्कन  यात्री इब्न बट्टुता और सम्राट अकबर की मनपसंद थी और देश के बड़े हिस्सें का एक मुख्य भोजन  है, इसे भारत के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय भोजन का रूप दिया  जा रहा  है ।

दिल्ली में आयोजित होने वाले विश्व खाद्य दिवस आयोजन के दूसरे दिन, 4 नवंबर को खिचङी को ब्रांड इंडिया व्यंजन के रूप में घोषित किया जाएगा। यह आयोजन भारत के खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग और विस्तृत व्यंजनों का प्रदर्शन करेगा।

NEWS 12 oct 2017 –   Body of newborn girl found in hospital toilet.
The patient informed hospital authorities, who alerted the police. Soon, a team from the Bundgarden police station reached the spot. Later, the newborn’s body was sent for post-mortem.

वह मातृत्व, गृहणी …. के दायित्व में हीं क्यो भाती है?

क्या यह संभव नहीं कि

उसे खुला आसमान दें , उङान भरने के लिये

ताकि वह अपने जीवन पर गर्व कर सके?

ईश्वर ने विविधता दे कर या

मानव ने अपनी क्रूरता दिखा कर …..??

News -At least70 kids died.

At least70 kids have died over the course of 5 days at the Baba Raghav Das Medical College hospital in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Authorities have launched an inquiry into the causes of the oxygen disruption but denied reports that it had caused the deaths at the state-run hospital.

क्या उनके जेहन में एक बार भी, 
अपने घरों, बच्चों का ख़याल आया था ?

लोग इतने क्रूर क्यों है ?
हमने उनका क्या बिगाडा था ?
हम इस कठोर दुनिया के लिये नहीँ बने ……

इसलिये दुनिया से विदा हो गये ।
पर , इतने बड़े  अपराध बोध के साथ ……
क्या ऐसे लोग चैन से जी सकेगें ??
