देखा है क्या गौर से उसे, महसूस किया है क्या?
वह हर रोज़ बदलती है।
ना यह नज़ाकत, जादू या अदा है उसकी।
यह वह नहीं, हैं उसके हार्मोन।
कभी उसे ख़ूबसूरत, talkative, intuitive
कभी creative, चिड़चिड़ा बनाते।
दर्द-चोट- conflict- aggression से बचती-बचाती,
है ये उसके ज़्यादा responsive दिल-औ-दिमाग़।
मूड on-off, pregnant brain, mommy brain….
पर नहीं उसका क़ाबू।
इतने बदलावों के बाद भी है नाज़ुक, सुकुमार।
ग़र तुमने उसे पढ़ना सीख लिया तो
है खुली किताब वरना पहेली सी।
खुद में ही उलझी, है सरल सर्वोत्तम कृति ख़ुदा की।
जान गए, पहचान गए तो ठीक, वरना है ख़ुदा ही मालिक।

O Women, pause, chill, relax..
don’t get upset, not to stress,
everything with you..
is absolutely normal,
as it normally happens..
with everybody else..!!
..
All your mood swings,
all those fiery wings,
all the sudden sweats,
all the mood tantrums..
You can always wait,
for it to cool down, in a common process..!!
..
If suddenly, you start to nag,
If suddenly,
you start hating someone,
don’t worry, it’s absolutely normal,
You’re going..
through some biological turmoil..!!
..
Not to brood, not to crib,
not to feel guilty about it,
nothing at all, to seriously weep,
stretch, with your fingers, your soft young lips,
tell them, “come on, smile,
it’s only about the health part of my life..!!”
..
Not to take everything in your stride,
don’t be scared for the changes within,
it also needs time, to adjust certain sudden changes,
never ever think, you’re ageing fast,
