ऐतबार
जब अपने महफ़ूज़ आशियाने में,
अप्रिय, अनजाने मेहमानों को
नहीं बुलाते इस ज़माने में।
तब
दिल, रूह, तन और मन के पावन आशियाँ में,
क्यों बिना सोंचे सब को
जगह देंना इस ज़माने में?
नासमझी भरे ऐतबार ज़ख़्म
हीं दिया करते हैं हर ज़माने में।

जिस्म
जिस्म तो पेड़, पहाड़
औरत, पुरुष सभी के होते है।
ना जाने यह जुनून, यह सौंदर्य-बोध कब बना,
जिसमें नारी और पुरुष सिर्फ़
जिस्म सौंदर्य से मापे जाने लग़े।
आज के सौंदर्यशास्त्र में किसी को चाहिए,
जीरो फ़िगर, किसी को चाहिए मसलस।
लीपोसक्शन या मिले सिन्थेटिक सिंथोल से।
सेहत का जो भी हो।
हुस्न, जिस्म से आगे भी होता है,
यह ख़्याल क्यों नहीं आता ज़ेहन में?

दर्द और छल बदल देता है आदतें।
धोखा खाए लोग किसी पर
भरोसा करने से डरने लगते है।
दूसरों के छल झेल कर भी जो निश्छल रहे,
वे वह रौशनी हैं जो दमकते रहते हैं
बिना हार माने।

चाँद कहाँ रहते हो तुम?
पूछा जलते और ढलते सूरज ने।
तपन के बावजूद हम साज़िश करते रहते है
ताकि चाँद तुम दमक सको
मेरी प्रतिबिंबित रोशनी से।
मिलन ना लिखा हो हमारा।
पर ख्वाहिश है कि
चाँद तेरी दूधिया चाँदनी चमके
आफ़ताब….सूरज की रौशनी से।
