सतह का तनाव
पानी के क़तरे में चींटी को देखा क़ैद,
सतह तनाव को ना तोड़ पाने से,
एक बड़ी सी जल बूँद के अंदर.
ऐसे हीं क़ैद हो जातें है,
हम भी यादों के क़ैद में.
लगता है, दुनिया में हो कर भी नहीं हैं
और कभी नहीं तोड़ पाएँगे
इस कमज़ोर पारदर्शी बुलबुले के क़ैद को….
सतह तनाव- surface tension
ज़िंदगी के रंग – 194
ज़िंदगी कट गई भागते दौड़ते.
थोड़ा रुककर कर,
ठहर कर देखा – चहचहातीं चिड़ियों को,
ठंड में रिमझिम बरसती बूँदे,
हवा में घुली गुलाबी ठण्ड……
खुशियाँ तो अपने आस-पास हीं बिखरीं हैं,
नज़रिया और महसूस करने के लिए फ़ुर्सत….
वक़्त चाहिए.
ज़िंदगी के रंग – 197
यह जीवन एक यात्रा है, निरंतर बहते जल प्रवाह सा. हर किसी की अपनी यात्रा होती और अपने-अपने नियम. इस सफ़र में कुछ लोग साथ आते हैं, साथ चलते हैं. कुछ साथ छोड़ जातें हैं और कुछ जीवन भर साथ निभाते हैं. कुछ चाल चलते हैं. कुछ शह और मात दे जाते हैं कुछ अपनेपन से, कुछ खेल भावना से और कुछ राग, ईर्ष्या व द्वेष से खेलते हैं, शतरंज के खेल की तरह. पर यह भूल जातें हैं कि इस खेल में चले क़दम वापस नहीं होते. और हर क़दम होता है आईना उनके व्यक्तित्व का.
ज़िंदगी के रंग – 196
बहते बहते उम्र के बहाव में,
ज़िंदगी के बदलते पड़ाव में,
हर किसी को ज़िंदगी में,
उन्हीं कहानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है,
जो सनातन काल से शाश्वत है.
ज़िंदगी क्षण भंगुर है –
यह जानते हुए भी उलझ जातें हैं माया मोह में.
और जब यह मायावी स्वप्न टूटता है,
तब ख़्याल आता है – मृत्यु तो सब की आती है.
पर जीवन जीना कितने लोगों को आता है?

new research shows – Smartphones may have altered the shape and function of the human brain.
latest study and experts have discovered, that people who use touchscreen phones on a daily basis have a larger and more powerful somatosensory cortex – the area at the centre of the brain which controls the thumbs.
In a research Swiss team tracked 37 volunteers over ten days – 27 of them using touchscreen phones, and 11 using traditional mobiles with fixed buttons. During these tests, researchers monitored each user’s brain waves. It is found that Those using touchscreen phones had altered the function of their cortex
