राहें -कविता
We are stars wrapped in skin,
The light you are seeking has always been within.

जिंदगी की राहें सड़कों की तरह कभी खत्म नहीं होती है,
मंजिल की दूरी से ङरने से अच्छा है,
एक -एक कदम उठा कर चलते जाना।
जब लगे, सारे रास्ते बंद हैं, शुन्य से भी शुरु करने में भी क्या हर्ज़ है?
सफेद पन्ने पर फिर से जो चाहे लिखने का मौका मिला है।
बस अपने अंदर की आग को जलते रहने देना है।
जब किसी बात से हमारे कदम लङखङा जाते हैं, यह कविता उस वक्त के लिये है। पर विशष कर
उन बच्चों को समर्पित है, जिन्हों ने परीक्षा में अपने मन लायक सफलता – उपलब्धि नहीं पाई है।

जीवन रुकता नहीँ
हर पल , हर क्षण नया है
दरिया के बहते पानी की तरह.
जो बह गया वह बीत गया.
वह पानी लौट कर आता नहीँ.
यह जीवन चक्र चलता रहता है.
हर पल कुछ नया ले कर आता है.

एक आदत सी थी,
बेफिक्री से गुनगुनाने और मुस्कुराने की।
सुनहरी सुबह और रुपहली शाम की ,
खूबसूरती में ङूब जाने की।
पर ज़माने ने इसमें भी कमियां निकाल दी।
तब ख्याल आया,
अब तो
खूबियों के सिवा कुछ बचा हीं नहीं ।
हाथ जुङ गये इबादत में।
