As a lamp in a windless place does not waver, so the transcendentalist, whose mind is controlled, remains always steady in his meditation on the transcendent self.

International Yoga Day will go digital for the first time since June 21, 2015 because of the pandemic, when it began to be celebrated annually across the world, coinciding with the Summer Solstice each year. This year’s theme is ‘Yoga at Home and Yoga with Family’.
