ज़िंदगी से जब तक डरते रहेंगें,
आपकी ज़िन्दगी के फैसलें लोग लेते रहेंगें।
और फिर, जब कुछ फ़ैसले ख़ुद लेने लगेंगे।
तब लोग बुरा मान ज़ाएँगे,
यह भूल कर,
यह ज़िंदगी उनकी नहीं आपकी है।
धीरे-धीरे हीं सही, फ़ैसले लेना सीखें।
अपनी ख़ूबसूरत ज़िंदगी बे-लगाम ना करें।

Decidophobia is “irrational fear of making decisions.” In its most extreme form, those who have this fear may experience full blown panic attacks when even thinking about having to make a decision.

Solution – Be Curious, Empower Yourself, Learn from Mistakes, Breathing Therapy, listen to your gut feeling, autosuggestion, Ask for Help, practice mindfulness, do exercise and yoga, if needed go for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

  1. Excellent poem, Rekhaji. Very beautiful lines and well said. I can relate to it because it happened to me but I am trying to make sure that my daughter doesn’t go through this process. Even I have stopped listening to advice that doesn’t go well with me. 😊😊. ♥️♥️♥️
