ॐ भूर्भुवः स्वः ।
तत्स॑वि॒तुर्वरेण्यं॒
भर्गो॑ दे॒वस्य॑धीमहि ।
धियो॒ यो नः॑ प्रचो॒दया॑त् ॥

oṃ bhūr bhuvaḥ svaḥ
tatsaviturvareṇyaṃ
bhargo devasyadhīmahi
dhiyo yo naḥ prachodayāt
– Rigveda 3.62.10

Meaning by S. Radhakrishnan:
“We meditate on the effulgent glory of the divine Light; may he inspire our understanding.
“We meditate on the adorable glory of the radiant sun; may he inspire our intelligence.

(The Gayatri mantra is one of the foremost mantra in Rig Vedic texts. This is highly revered mantra from the Rig Veda (Mandala 3.62.10), dedicated to Savitr, the sun deity.)

अर्थ – हे ईश्वर! आप हमें सदैव सच्चे मार्ग पर चलने की प्रेरणा देते रहें।

उस प्राणस्वरूप, दुःखनाशक, सुखस्वरूप, श्रेष्ठ, तेजस्वी, पापनाशक, देवस्वरूप परमात्मा को हम अपनी अन्तरात्मा में धारण करें। वह परमात्मा हमारी बुद्धि को सन्मार्ग में प्रेरित करे।

( शास्त्रों के अनुसार विश्वामित्र गायत्री मंत्र के ऋषि हैं और सर्वप्रथम यह मंत्र ऋग्वेद में उद्धृत हुआ है। गायत्री मंत्र ऋग्वेद के सात छंदों में से एक है )।

समय की किताब पर हाथ फेरा

काल के पन्ने पलटे,

दिन की नहीं बरसों की यात्राएँ की

भूली बिसरी ज़िंदगी

लौटाने की कोशिश में .

Destiny doesn’t mean that your life has been strictly predetermined.

Therefore, to live everything to the fate and to not actively contribute to the music of the universe is a sign of sheer ignorance.

The music of the universe is all pervading and it is composed on 40 different levels.

Your destiny is the level where you play your tune.

You might not change your instrument but how well to play is entirely in your hands.

मालूम है यह हसरत कभी पूरी नहीं होगी।

फिर भी ……..

अक्सर वहाँ जातें हैं,

जहाँ मिले थे।

नज़रें उठाते हैं

इस ख़्वाहिश के साथ –

शायद मुलाक़ात हो जाए ।

पर सब सूना सूना होता है ।

फिर भी………

अक्सर  वहाँ जातें हैं ,

दिल  मानता हीं नहीं……..

अन्नदानं परं दानं विद्यादानमतः परम् ।
अन्नेन क्षणिका तृप्ति र्यावज्जीवं च विद्यया ॥

अन्न दान परम दान है पर विद्या दान उससे बड़ा है क्योंकि अन्न से क्षण भर की तृप्ति होती है और विद्या से आजीवन ॥

Meaning – Giving food is the greater charity, giving knowledge is greatest. As food provides the contentment for sometime and knowledge for the entire life.

ज़िंदगी और लोगों को समझने की कोशिश में

सारी ज़िंदगी निकल गई .

और जब कुछ समझ में आया तब लगा

ना समझा होता तो अच्छा था .

राज जांने की ख़्वाहिशों

में नाराज़ ज़्यादा हुए .

अजब तिलस्म है यह ज़िंदगी .

The past is an interpretation.

The future is on illusion.

The world does not more through time as if it were a straight line, proceeding from the past to the future.

Instead time moves through and within us, in endless spirals.

Eternity does not mean infinite time, but simply timelessness.

If you want to experience eternal illumination, put the past and the future out of your mind and remain within the present moment.
