English translation -At that time (the time of concentration) the seer (the
Purasa) rests in his own (unmodified) state.


meaning – As soon as the waves have stopped, and the lake has become
quiet, we see the ground below the lake. So with the mind;
when it is calm, we see what our own nature is; we do not mix
ourself but remain our own selves.

हीरा जन्म अमोल सा , कोड़ी बदले जाए।

व्याख्या – इंसान अपनी जिंदगी को रात में सोने में व् दिन में खाने में गुजार देता है। 

इस तरह वह इस हीरे जैसे जन्म को कोड़ी में बदल देता है। 

कहने का भाव है कि जिंदगी को बेकार में व्यर्थ नहीं करना चाहिए।

English meaning – A man spends his life in sleeping and eating.

He doesn’t do anything worth-doing.

In this way he whiled away this gem-like-life

and converted it into a cowery ( a worthless thing).

टूटे से फिर ना जुड़े जुड़े गांठ परि जाये 
– रहीम

 अर्थ-  रहिम  कहते हैं कि प्रेम का धागा नहीं तोड़ना चाहिए

क्योंकि यह फिर नहीं जुड़ता

और जुड़ता है तो उसमें गांठ पड़ जाती है)

 

Meaning – Don’t snap off the thread of love,

For once broken,

it can’t be joined, and though joined it leaves a knot.

अर्थ – (प्रेम ना तो खेत में पैदा होता है

और न ही बाजार में विकता है।

राजा या प्रजा जो भी प्रेम का

इच्छुक हो वह अपना सर्वस्व

त्याग कर प्रेम प्राप्त कर सकता है।)
