चिड़ियों की चहक सहर…सवेरा… ले कर आती है.
नीड़ को लौटते परिंदे शाम को ख़ुशनुमा बनाते हैं.
ढलते सूरज से रंग उधार लिए सिंदूरी शाम चुपके से ढल जाती.
फिर निकल आता है शाम का सितारा.
पर यादों की वह भीगी शाम उधार हीं रह जाती है,
भीगीं आँखों के साथ.

मौसम के साथ उङते प्रवासी परिंदे- कविता Migratory birds – Poem
Research reveals that global warming is compelling birds into early migration. Migrating birds are arriving at their breeding grounds earlier as global temperatures rise.
मौसम के साथ उङते रंग- बिरंगे परिंदे,
कुदरत के जादुई रंगों के साथ,
जहाँ का मौसम माकूल – माफिक हो
वहीं चल देते हैं।
हमारी तरह बंधनों से बंधे नहीं हैं।
ये बंधनों से ऊपर, घुमक्कड़ बंजारों से।
थके,-हारे, हजारों मीलों से उङ कर आते हैं।
हम आशियाना अौर समाज के बंधन से बंधे लोग
इन की प्राकृतिक जीवन को समझे बिना।
नैसर्गिक सृष्टि के नियम से छेङ-छाङ कर,
इन्हें तकलीफ पहुँचाते हैं।
