गहरे, संजीदा सागर से

ज़िंदगी का गहरा, गूढ़ सबक़

सीखा … ….,

तेज़ उठती -गिरतीं लहरें

अपने पास आने वालों को

गिरातीं तो हैं

पर उठना ख़ुद हीं

पड़ता है.

ज़िन्दगी के जंग में

भी यही फ़लसफ़ा काम आता है .

If you want to strengthen your faith, you will need to soften inside. For your faith to be rock solid, your heart needs to be as soft as a feather.

Through an illness, accident, loss or fright, one way or another, we are all faced with incidents that teach us how to become less selfish and judgmental and more compassionate and generous.

Yet some of us learn the lesson and manage to become milder, while some others end up becoming even harsher than before…

क़र्ज़ और ब्याज में डूबा देश

क्या किसी को समझ नहीं आता ?

क्या इनसे बचाने का उपाय नहीं?

इसलिए देश को पढ़े लिखे

समझदार नेताओं की ज़रूरत है .

नई नई योजनाओं के लाभ की बातें होतीं है.

ऐसी बर्बादी रोकने की बातें कौन करेगा ?

इन्हें बचा लेने से हीं तो उस धन से

ना जाने कितने काम हो जायेंगें

इसके लिए ईमानदार , खुले दिमाग़ वाले और

अपने स्वार्थ से ऊपर देश को रखने वाले नेता चाहिये

जो हम सबों को जाति आधारित वोट बैंक नहीं

अनमोल मानव संसाधन समझ कर सम्मान करे .

Unsafe rat-hole coal mining have been taking place illegally despite a National Green Tribunal ban in place in Meghalaya since 2014.

Thirteen days after the incident, all that is left inside the labourers’ tents — just a few metres from where they worked and are feared to have died — are a few broken egg shells, dirty old slippers, empty plastic bottles and a layer of black coal on the soil. ज़िंदगी के

कई मोड़ तो आये हीं नहीं हैं.

वह मँजंर भी सामने है

चले थे जहाँ से साथ।

फिर …….

सफ़र अधूरा क्यों छोङ दिया?

साथ चलने की बात थी  मंजिल तक .

हम तमस में खोज है किरणें आशा की .

तेरा साया भी कर गया छल।

ऐसे …..

जिम्मेदारियों से भागने की

आदत तो ठीक नहीं ,

नाराज़ हैं हम भी .

ना मनाने की आदत तो तुम्हारी नहीं थी पहले?

तमस – अंधकार , अँधेरा.

जाने किस की थी ख़ता याद नहीं

हम हुए कैसे जुदा याद नहीं .

किसी एटलस में नहीं मिला,

खोई हुई ज़िंदगी का पता ………
