yes this post is worth.
Gita explains “Karma yoga”-selfless service/ doing our duties without any lust , is best for mental peace.

I truly appreciate this…despite human nature wanting to sometimes do the opposite!

I went through a breakup sort of thing and when I wake up in the morning the person consumes my thoughts. Towards the end of the day I’m more at peace but the mornings are dreadful

Its so sad.
May i suggest you something?
You start writing morning pages. Write anything and everything which comes to your mind , in the morning…. just like purging . ( may check morning page on internet).

To become one in mind, body, and spirit is yog and therefore a vast subject.

‘Relax’ – such a beautiful word. I love to remind myself to relax into the present moment. I can feel my entire body shift and release the tension when I do so. Thank you for the reminder. Blessings, KK
