एक दिन देखा शिव का चिता, भस्मपूजन उज्जैन महाकाल में बंद आंखों से ।

समझ नहीं आया इतना डर क्यों वहां से जहां से यह भभूत आता हैं।

कहते हैं, श्मशान से चिता भस्म लाने की परम्परा थी।

पूरी सृष्टि इसी राख  में परिवर्तित होनी है एक दिन।

एक दिन यह संपूर्ण सृष्टि शिवजी में विलीन होनी है।

वहीं अंत है, जहां शिव बसते हैं।

शायद यही याद दिलाने के लिए शिव सदैव सृष्टि सार,

इसी भस्म को धारण किए रहते हैं।

फिर इस ख़ाक … राख के उद्गम, श्मशान से इतना भय क्यों?

कोलाहल भरी जिंदगी से ज्यादा चैन और शांति तो वहां है।

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

भस्मपूजन उज्जैन महाकाल में बंद आंखों से – वहाँ उपस्थित होने पर भी यह पूजन देखा महिलाओं के लिए वर्जित है.

रूमी को मैंने कुछ साल पहले मायूसी के पलों में, गहराई से पढ़ना शुरू किया था. अब गीता, कबीर, रूमी, नानक और ढेरों संतों की बातों और विचारों में समानता पाया. इनकी पंक्तियाँ मुझे गहरा सुकून देतीं हैं.

जीवन के बाद के जीवन, को जानने की लालसा इतनी प्रबल है कि ,

मन व आत्मा को हमेशा खींचता है अपनी ओर. 

जीवन के अंत  से  ङरे बिना।

उसमें अब एक लालसा और जुड़ गई है – किसी से मुलाक़ात की.

मिलेंगे फिर वहाँ, जहाँ एक और जहाँ… दुनिया हैं.

भीड़ और परखने वाली नज़रों से दूर…. सही ग़लत से दूर .

What did Rumi mean when he said:

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing 
and rightdoing there is a field.
I’ll meet you there.

When the soul lies down in that grass
the world is too full to talk about.

         अपने अदृश्य आत्मा…..अंतरात्मा को टटोला।

                        अन्त:मन से जवाब मिला- 

                                 स्वर्ग-नर्क, जन्नत-दोजख सब यही हैं, हमारे अंदर है

I sent my Soul through the Invisible,

एक दिन मौका मिला जीवन के

प्राचीनतम पाठशाला से

शाश्वत सत्य का सबक लेने का-

“मैं” को आग में धधकते और भस्म होते देखा ,

महसूस हुआ एक रिश्ता खो गया,

फिर खुद से मुलाकात हुई ।

समझ आया जब जीवन का यह हश्र होना है,

तब मिथ्या मोह, अहंकार, गुमान, गरूर किस काम का?

Untold human suffering’: 11,000 scientists from across world unite to declare global climate emergency

Eleven thousand scientists in 153 countries have declared a climate emergency and warned that “untold human suffering” is unavoidable without huge shifts in the way we live. 

The letter is based on climate science that was first established in 1979 at the first World Climate Conference held in Geneva. For decades multiple global bodies have agreed urgent action is needed but greenhouse gas emissions continue to rise.
