जब आपके काल्पनिक दोस्त ,चरित्र या  पात्र आपसे बात करना बंद कर देते हैं !!!  

इसे हीं लेखक ब्लॉक कहते हैं।

Inspirational Incident – Russi Modi

 

Russi Modi, Chairman, Tata Steel, was holding a weekly meeting with TATA STEEL staff at a football ground in Jamshedpur.

A worker took up a niggling issue….

He said the quality, cleanliness and hygiene of toilets for WORKERS was very bad.

Whereas, he pointed out, the quality, cleanliness and hygiene of EXECUTIVE toilets was always very good.

Russi turned to his top executive and asked how much time he needed to set it right.

The executive asked for a month to set it right.

Russi replied:

*”I would rather do it in a day. Send me a carpenter.”*

Next day, when the carpenter arrived, Russi simply ordered the SIGNBOARDS to be swapped !!!

The signboard on the “workers” toilet was changed to “EXECUTIVES”

…and the signboard on the “executives” toilet was changed to “WORKERS”.

Russi then gave instructions to the Carpenter to inter-change it *every fortnight!*

😄 Guess what !!?

The quality of BOTH toilets became  at  par  in 3 days’ time!

….and has been maintained ever since!

1. Trust no one but respect everyone.

2. What happens in office, remain in office. Never take office gossips to home and vice versa.

3. Enter office on time, leave on time. Your desktop is not helping to improve your health.

4. Never make Relationships in the work place. It will always backfire.

5. Expect nothing. If somebody helps, feel thankful. If not, you will learn to know things on your own.

6. Never rush for a position. If you get promoted, congrats. If not, it doesn’t matter. You will always be remembered for your knowledge and politeness, not for your designation.

7. Never run behind office stuff. You have better things to do in life.

8. Avoid taking everything on your ego. Your salary matters. You are being paid. Use your assets to get happiness.

9. It doesn’t matter how people treat you. Be humble. You are not everyone’s cup of tea.

10. In the end nothing matters except family, friends, home, and Inner peace.

As a beginner , just before you actually start meditating , a basic question that your mind  loves to pop up is “Is there really something called meditation ? In case it exists ,does it really work or it’s just a fairy tale made famous by some so called  mystics ?”

Eventually, after getting some knowledge (only Knowledge & NOT the experience yet),   you get convinced that yes, Meditation is very much a reality and that once you start meditating, all your queries ,doubts will get answered automatically .

However the contrary happens . Few days /months into meditation , only the ‘Kind’ of questions raised by your  brain change, but quantum of doubts keeps on increasing .

Since you are putting sincere efforts , you follow proper techniques (at least you think so…

Disabilities can impact a persons life in so many ways. They can make us feel lost and alone in sea of what feels like ‘normal people’.
