Metamorphosis – Caterpillar to butterfly

It’s only when caterpillarness is done

that one becomes a butterfly.

That again is part of this paradox.

You cannot rip away caterpillarness.

The whole trip occurs in an unfolding process

of which we have no control.

Ram Dass / Richard Alpert;( April 6, 1931, born in a Jewish family) is an American spiritual teacher and author of the book – “Be Here Now” . He traveled IndiaIn in 1967 and visited guru Neem Karoli Baba who gave Alpert the name “Ram Dass”, which means “servant of God”.

यादें हँसाती हैं, गुदगुदाती हैं………

ये खजाने  हैं  बीते पलों के

पर कुछ रुला भी  जातीं हैं।

पर यह भी एहसास दिला जातीं हैं……

तितलियों के  रूपांतरण (metamorphosis)

जैसा बदल  लो  जिंदगी को।

जी लो हर पल को ……….
