जिंदगी रोज़ नया कुछ सिखाती है, बशर्ते हम सीखना चाहें।
सुबह की शीतल बयार

घाव भर देता है .
पर सच तो यह है ,
वक़्त उन घावों के साथ रहना
सीखा देता है .
सिर्फ़ आँसू हीं हैं जो दर्द बहा ले जातें हैं.
एक सच यह भी है ,
हर चोट और उनके निशान
बहुत कुछ नया सीखा जातें हैं .
बहते अश्क़ मज़बूत बना जातें हैं.
