मेरे ख्याल में दिल की सच्ची अभिव्यक्ति ही सही लेखन है। यह कविता किसी ब्लॉगर द्वारा की गई सराहना का परिणाम है- Aapki kavitayein bahot hi achi lagti hai hamein!!

कुछ जिंदगी की हकीकत, कुछ सपने,
थोङी कल्पनाअों के ताने-बाने
जब शब्दों में ढल कर
अंगुलियों से टपकते हैं पन्ने पर।
तब बनती हैं कविता।
जो अंधेरा हो ना हो फिर चांद अौर बिखरी चाँदनीं दिखाती हैं।
जो लिखे शब्दों से दिल में सच्चा एहसास जगाती हैं।
ऐसे जन्म लेती हैं कविताएँ -कहानियाँ।
ज़िंदगी के रंग – 116
प्यार से आसमान ,
पेड़ों , फूलों, पत्तों , पंछियों को देखो
और भर लो अपने अंदर गहरी लम्बी सासं,
लबों पर छाने दो हल्की की मुस्कुराहट,
कुछ देर बैठो अपने साथ .
गुफ़्तगू …..बातें करो अपने आप से .
जी लो ज़िंदगी के पल,
भूल ग़मों को .
यह ज़िंदगी नियामत है ऊपर वाले की .
कब तक टुकड़े टुकड़े में जीते और मरते रहोगे ?

मेसोफ़ोनिया – कृपया शोर ना करें !!
मिसोफ़ोनिया कुछ ध्वनियों के प्रति संवेदनशील होने को कहते है। यह बुद्धिमान होने का संकेत है।
कुछ अध्ययनों से पता चलता है कि मिसोफ़ोनिया वाले लोगों ज्यादा शोर, आवाज या विशिष्ट ध्वनियों को नापसंद करते हैं। जिन्हें “ट्रिगर ध्वनियां” कहते है। ऐसे लोगों को पानी टपकने, चबाने की आवाज, तड़कने , शोर या पेंसिल टैपिंग जैसी आवाज़ों से प्रतिक्रिया हो सकती है।
जब वे ट्रिगर की आवाज़ सुनते हैं, तो ये लोग चिड़चिड़े या क्रोधित हो जाते हैं। इन आवाजों से उनका ध्यान भटकता है।

Misophonia describes having a sensitivity to certain sounds. At the same time its an indication of being intelligent.
Misophonia may cause a reaction to sounds such as dripping water, chewing, snapping gum or repetitive noises, such as pencil tapping. People with misophonia can become irritated, enraged or even panicked when they hear their trigger sounds.
Some studies show that people with misophonia generally have strong negative feelings, thoughts, and physical reactions to specific sounds, which the literature calls “trigger sounds.
