I learned decades ago how difficult it can be to stay mentally and emotionally healthy with the wrong friends.
Lucky me, I now have the best friends I’ve ever had.

Yes!!! True Friendship has a healing power , which is a rare commodity these days. 😊
So as a therapy it’s suggested to join supporting group.
