What is self concept

Baumeister’s (1999) self concept definition:

“The individual’s belief about himself or herself, including the person’s attributes and who and what the self is”.

* The view you have of yourself (self image)
*How much value you place on yourself (self esteem or self-worth)
*What you wish you were really like (ideal self)

सेल्फ कंसेप्ट क्या है?

“व्यक्ति का अपने स्वयं गुणों के बारे में ,और अपने व्यक्तित्व पर खुद का विश्वास ”

*आपका खुद के बारे में विश्वास (आत्म चित्र)
*आप अपने आप को कितना मूल्यवान समझते हैं (आत्मसम्मान या स्व-मूल्य )
*आप अपने अाप को कितना पसंद करते हैं (आदर्श स्वयं )
