अनमोल पल (कविता)

मुट्ठी में पकडे रेत की तरह ,

ना जाने कब वक्त फिसल गया.

जिंदगी की आपाधापी में.

वर्षों बीत गये जैसे पल भर में.

 पुराने दोस्तों से अचानक 

भेट हो जाती हैं.

तब याद आता हैं ,

दशकों बीत गये , बिना आहट  के.

तब याद आते हैं 

वे सुनहरे – रुपहले दिन.

वे यादें , आज़ भी अनमोल हैं ,

वे साथी आज़ भी अनमोल हैं.
