Meet World’s First Artificial Intelligence Politician ‘Sam’

A New Zealand based entrepreneur Nick Gerritsen has developed world’s first artificial intelligence politician ‘Sam’. The robot is not only answering people’s questions on policies around housing, education and immigration but wishes to run as a candidate in next general elections in the country too.

न्यूजीलैंड के एक उद्यमी निक गेरिटसेन ने दुनिया के पहले कृत्रिम  राजनीतिज्ञ ‘सैम’ को विकसित किया है। यह रोबोट आवास, शिक्षा और आव्रजन की नीतियों पर लोगों के सवालों का जवाब  दे रहा है । उम्मिद है, यह  देश के अगले आम चुनावों में उम्मीदवार के रूप में भी खड़ा  होगा।

 

National Milk Day – 26 November

Every year 26 November is being observed as National Milk Day (NMD) , India to mark birth anniversary Father of the White Revolution Dr. Verghese  Kurien.

The idea of observing National Milk Day was first mooted by Indian Dairy Association (IDA) in 2014 on the lines of World Milk Day observed on June 1 under the aegis of UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).

 

हर साल 26 नवंबर को राष्ट्रीय दुग्ध दिवस (एनएमडी) के रूप में मनाया जाता है । यह श्वेत क्रांति  के जनक  डॉ. वर्गीश कुरियन के जन्मदिन के दिन मनाया जाता है।  संयुक्त राष्ट्र खाद्य और कृषि संगठन (एफएओ) के तत्वावधान मे राष्ट्रीय दूध दिवस  पहली बार भारतीय दुग्ध संघ (आईडीए) द्वारा  2014  से  विश्व दूध दिवस  (1 जून ) के तर्ज पर मनाया जाना शुरु किया गया।।

The humble Khichri to be crowned as Brand India cuisine

 

A dish that tickled the taste buds of Moroccan traveller Ibn Battuta and emperor Akbar and continues to be a staple food in large parts of the country is to be crowned and marketed as India’s international food.

The humble khichri will on November 4 be announced as a brand India cuisine, during the second day of the World Food Day mega event to be organised in Delhi. The event will showcase India’s food processing industry and a wide array of cuisine.

 

एक डिश जो मोरक्कन  यात्री इब्न बट्टुता और सम्राट अकबर की मनपसंद थी और देश के बड़े हिस्सें का एक मुख्य भोजन  है, इसे भारत के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय भोजन का रूप दिया  जा रहा  है ।

दिल्ली में आयोजित होने वाले विश्व खाद्य दिवस आयोजन के दूसरे दिन, 4 नवंबर को खिचङी को ब्रांड इंडिया व्यंजन के रूप में घोषित किया जाएगा। यह आयोजन भारत के खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग और विस्तृत व्यंजनों का प्रदर्शन करेगा।

 

 

Dev Deepavali / Festival of Lights of the Gods -3 November

Dev Deepavali  –   It is celebrated  on Kartik Poornima Just after 15 days of Diwali . On   Dev Deepavali  or Diwali of the Gods, many   cultural programs  are organised along the holy Ganges River  ( Varanasi) . Dev Diwali is also   known as Ganga Mahotsavclay and Tripurotsav .           Millions of earthen  lamps are floated down the river at dusk .

देव दीपावली   या देवताओं की दीपावली

यह दीपावली के 15 दिन बाद कार्तिक पुर्णिमा  के दिन  मनाया जाता है।। देव दीपावली या देवताओं की दीपावली  में  कई सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों   गंगा महोत्सव के रूप में  भी मनाया जाता है।  गंगा नदी (वाराणसी) के  किनारे कई सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाते हैं।  संध्या  में  मंत्रोच्चारण के साथ   गंगा मे हजारों जलते  दीप प्रवाहित  किये  जाते हैं।
