Do not dwell in the past,

do not dream of the future,

concentrate the mind

दर्द से भरे दिल की गहराइयों में झाँका,

सुर्ख़ गुलाब से दिल ने धीमी आवाज़ में कहा –

मैं हमेशा तुम्हारे साथ हूँ ,

घबराओ नहीं ….

बस सब्र करो.

मैं राह दिखाऊँगा ,

यह समय …..धुँध …..धुआँ भी छँट जाएगा .

Have compassion for all beings,

rich and poor alike;

each has their suffering.

Some suffer too much,

others too little.

We are shaped by our thoughts;

we become what we think.

When the mind is pure,

joy follows like a shadow

that never leaves.

यादें अगरबत्ती के धुएँ की तरह

आकारहीन फ़िज़ा में मँडराती है .

और धुआँ बिखर जाने के बाद भी

ख़ुशबू सी हवा में घुल जातीं हैं.

सबसे सुंदर कविता तो नारी है .

आग-पानी-आकाश–वायु –पृथ्वी 

पंचतत्व….पंचमहाभूत…..से बनी ,

है सरलतम पर सबसे गूढ़ .

माया कहो या महामाया !!!

नाज़ुक पर शक्ति रूपा.
