क्या आपके बच्चे पढ़ाई पर कम ध्यान दे रहें हैं ?
बच्चों की मनोवैज्ञानिक प्रक्रियाएं जन्म से लेकर किशोरावस्था के अंत तक विकसित होते हैं। जिससे वे सारी बातें सीखते हैं। हर बच्चा दूसरे बच्चे से भिन्न हो सकता हैं। बच्चों और किशोरों के साथ भावनात्मक या व्यवहारिक समस्याओं को समझना अौर हल करने में मदद करना जरुरी है। इस बात का अभिवावकों को समझना चाहिये क्योंकि यह उनके सीखने का समय है। बच्चे जब कुछ गलत करें तब —
सावधानियाँ
– डाँटें या मारे नहीं, प्यार से पेश आयें।
– उनसे खुल कर बातें करें।
– उनकी योग्यता के अनुसार अपनी उम्मीद रखें। प्रत्येक बच्चे में अलग-अलग योग्यता होती है।
– उनकी बातों का सम्मान करें।
-हमेशा उन्हें नापे -तौलें/ judge नहीं करें।
– उनकी परेशानियाँ पूछें
– उनके साथ समुचित समय / quality time बिताएँ.
– बारीकी से उनके व्यवहार पर ध्यान दें.
– अगर उन्हें कोई समस्या है , तब उसे समझने और जानने की कोशिश करें .
– स्वास्थ्य, सही भोजन, व्यायाम, समुचित खेल-कूद, नींद पर ध्यान दें.
– स्कूल , शिक्षकों और दोस्तों से कैसे संबंध है , यह जाने .
– परिवार में आपसी संबंध कैसा है, यह भी महत्वपूर्ण है.
उपाय –
– उनकी समस्याओं को समझे और सुलझाएँ .
– सहानुभूति के साथ पेश आयें.
– प्रेरित करें
– भावात्मक सुरक्षा दें
– उनकी पढ़ाई, व्यायाम, समुचित खेल-कूद, नींद , मनोरंजन का रुटीन उनके साथ बैठ कर बनायें। उनके सुझावों का सम्मान करें।
– उनके लिये आसान अौर अल्पकालिक लक्ष्य / short term goal बनायें।
– बच्चे ज्यादातर बातें अनुकरण से सीखते हैं। अपने व्यवहार पर भी ध्यान दें। अगर आप का काफी समय मोबाईल पर या टीवी के सामने बितता है । तब जाने-अनजाने यह मैसेज बच्चों में भी जाता है।

क्या हुआ अगर कमज़ोर या बीमार हैं?
क्यों भूल जातें हैं ……
कभी तो हमारी ज़िन्दगी में भी यह दिन आयेगा.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) turns 70 this year and the International Day for Older Persons celebrates the importance of this Declaration, and reaffirms the commitment to promoting the full and equal enjoyment of all human rights and fundamental freedoms by older persons.
