  3. Dear Rekha

    All our houses are on fire. So first we have to extinguish the fire with the water and bread of life in our own house, then we can help others. Same you find in a plane: if there is a lack of oxygen, then masks fall down and first you have to put it on yourself before you can help others. However, social help can always be carried out, to help the weak, the poor and needy people in our society (even on the level of mind). On the level of soul we need to have “air-condition” to cool our burning mind… before we can be really of help to others.
