disturb me not when I write
for I seek answers in the night time sky
between wisped clouds
that pass,
by and by
as moonlit parchment draws my quill
poised in shadow
trembling still
a cursive trail of sanguineous ink
tell me true
what dost though think
of these tortured, bloodied late hour pages ?

News, New Delhi India – Govt launches ‘SHe-box’ portal for sexual harassment complaints
SHe-box’ (sexual harassment electronic box) — hosted on the website of the Women and Child Development Ministry, also seeks to ensure “effective implementation” of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
The Women and Child Development ministry on Monday launched an online platform to enable women employees of the Central government to file complaints related to sexual harassment at the workplace.
Once a complaint is submitted to the ‘SHe-Box’, it will be directly sent to the internal complaints committee (ICC) of the ministry/department/PSU/autonomous body etc concerned, having jurisdiction to inquire into the matter.
महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय की वेबसाइट पर शी-बॉक्स ‘(यौन उत्पीड़न इलेक्ट्रॉनिक बॉक्स) – कार्यस्थल पर महिलाओं की यौन उत्पीड़न (निवारण, निषेध और निवारण) अधिनियम, 2013 के “प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन” सुनिश्चित करना है।
महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय ने केंद्र सरकार की महिला कर्मचारियों के कार्यस्थल पर यौन उत्पीड़न से संबंधित शिकायतों को दर्ज करने के लिए एक ऑनलाइन मंच का शुभारंभ किया।
एक बार ‘SHe-Box’ पर शिकायत दर्ज होने पर , इसे सीधे संबंधित मंत्रालय / विभाग / पीएसयू / स्वायत्त निकाय की आंतरिक शिकायत समिति (आईसीसी) को भेज दिया जाएगा, जिस बारे में मामले की जांच करने का अधिकार होगा।

कोयल या कोकिल ‘कुक्कू कुल’ का पक्षी है, जिसका वैज्ञानिक नाम ‘यूडाइनेमिस स्कोलोपेकस स्कोलोपेकस’ है। नर कोयल की पहचान है क़ि यह नीलापन लिए काले रंग का होता है, तो मादा तीतर की तरह धब्बेदार और चितकबरी होती है। नीड़ परजीविता इस कुल के पक्षियों की विशेष नेमत है यानि ये अपना घोसला नहीं बनाती। ये दूसरे पक्षियों विशेषकर कौओं के घोंसले के अंडों को गिराकर अपना अंडा उसमें रख देती है। और काग दंपति बड़े लाड़-प्यार से कोयल के बच्चों को अपनी संतान समझकर पालते-पोसते हैं और जब वे उड़ने योग्य हो जाते हैं…

The ultimate woman in my life is my mother.
Then there are women who are my friends, always there as a motherly figure.
All whom I have met are very strong from the core. They always back themselves come what may. They achieve what they desire with full determination.
The responsibilities are more compared to men but they never give up.
What an inspiration they are and what a wonderful creation by god, who themselves create their destiny and change lives of people around them.
My life is colourful just because of their unending support, guidance and love.
