यह कैसा नववर्ष… नव भारत है?
इतनी बे-रहमी…. क्रूरता ये लाते कहाँ से है?
किसी की दर्द भरी चीखें क्यों सुन पाते नहीं हैं?
जो इस ख़बर को पढ़ कानों में गूँजती है।
क्यों इंसान बन कुछ सोंच पाते नहीं?
बाद में अल्पवयस्क, दिमाग़ी अस्वस्थता
जैसे आइडिया सोचनें में माहिरी दिखाते हैं।
कैमरों के शहर अपराध के सबूत दिखाते हैं।
समय पर कैमरे देख अपराध रोक क्यों नहीं पाते?
देखनेवाले मूक दर्शक क्यों बन जातें है?
चलो फिर मोमबत्तियाँ जलातें हैं।
अगले क्रूर अपराध का शिकार कौन, अटकलें लगातें हैं।
यह भूल, कितनी मर्मांतक पीड़ा, बेबसी झेली होगी उसने?
