  1. They say Emotional Intelligence has two skills. Personal Competence and Social Competence. While the former deals with self awareness and self management, the latter deals with social awareness and relationship management.
    In other words, how are you and how are you with other people.

      Actually earlier only concept of IQ was there. But as you know IQ researchers have explained that, IQ remain relatively stable over the lifespan.
      then the concept of EQ – how are you with other people / social skill, (it can be learned or developed)
      and the concept SQ came up.
