Dear Rehka – in these two “Selfs” we find a huge difference: to discard oneself, means to empty onself from ego and mind (although we are in this world, we are not from this world), to detach ourselves from our ourselves (ego and mind) – thereby regain oneself (the higher Self in us – the drop that merges with the Ocean again) – in fact we are already one, but the veil of illusion and maya is everywhere around us, to regain ourselves: the sun-beam returns into the sun…
