      1. My dear Rekha,

Without the grace of God noone can enter the inner worlds and there are also many traps inside. Numerous Yogisshwars, Rishis and Munis fall into the trap of the astral world or causal world, not being aware that the first three worlds (planes: physical, astral and causal/super-causal) are subject to the negative power (Kal), where he is hiding, spinning the wheel of coming and going from age to age. In these named planes the spirit or consciousness is still mixed with matter. Only when we reach Sach Khand in the inner worlds, then we really rise above the body-consiousness which is like an onion consisting of physical body, astral body and causal/super-causal body. There we find pure consciousness and our real journey home starts from there. Otherwise we have to return again and again in this wheel of birth and death – already since myriads of ages… yes, it is the absolute stillness of the mind where there are no thoughts even.

Last November I was in India, in Kirpal Sagar. What a wonderful place. When you reach there one can feel the extraordinary atmosphere. It is a place of man-making, becoming a real human being, understanding one’s own mind which is like a snake in us. I have already booked for the next journey to Kirpal Sagar – in November again.

        All good wishes, dear Rekha

      2. Thanks a lot didi for your detailed and deep spiritual gyaan.
I guess you are talking about Kundalini Shakti in sleeping mode – “mind which is like a snake”.
I have read it about this.
        Best wishes to you too.

      3. Dear Rekha,

Kundalini Yoga indeed is very dangerous. I have known a case in which one woman practised it and that snake-power awoke in her and nearly burnt her. She had to go into ice-cold water not to die from this heat awoken in her. My Master Sant Kirpal Singh wrote a book: “The crown of life” in which He describes how far the most famous yoga types can go. This book is a gem among spirutal books which can give us detailed information on many types of yogas and its practices. There is one type of yoga I am following that also Kabir, Guru Nanak, Maulana Rumi, Shamez e Tabrez, Hafiz, Guro Gobindh Singh and many more up to Sant Kirpal Singh have practised: “Surat Shabd Yoga” – It is the yoga of light and sound principle with which the whole creation came into being. (Surat means: attention, Shabd is the Guru or God-power) – it belongs to the oldest yoga and is a very natural Yoga for old and young likewise.

We ourselves consist not only of the 5 elements but also are body, mind and intellect and soul. Mind and intellect infere in us in a very strong way – to understand this mind and its thousands of tricks the Saints and wise men have advised us: “Man know thyself” – with honesty we can learn how this mind is functioning in us. The mind also consists of the 5 thieves: Lust, anger, attachment, greed and ego. In this way they try to steal our attention away from God and let us run from one wish to another – just to get a bit happiness (by this trying to copy the soul’s happiness) – so with our mind we are a short time happy- but as everything is subject to the change – it is not the eternal happiness, not permanent happiness – by this we run from one small happiness to the next (is as our mind runs amok from wish to wish…) – in this sense the mind in us is also to be seen like a snake or medusa with thousand heads: if defeat one head, more heads are growing…

Thank you very much for sharing this very interesting subject.
        All the best
        Didi

      4. Dear Rekha,

As my Master said that all spirituality should be free of charge, as the air we breathe or the sunlight we get, such books are available in pdf-format to read.

If you would like to know more about spirituality, I recommend also this web-site to visit and have a reading look around:

From time to time I can recommend more spiritual books, if you like.
