गरिमा के साथ मौत  स्वैच्छिक सक्रिय इच्छामृत्यु या चिकित्सक की सहायता से हो, इस बात के  बहस में अक्सर यह कहा जाता है, — जब  लोगों को गरिमा के साथ जीने का अधिकार है, तब उनके पास भी गरिमा के साथ मरने का अधिकार भी होना  चाहिये।

अरुणा शानबाग की मौत  के बाद यह अधिकार  कानूनी हो गया है और सरकार  बिल को  सही तरीके से लागू करने  की  तैयारी कर रही है  (The Article 21 )।

Death with dignity – In support of physician assisted suicide or voluntary active euthanasia, the argument is often made that, as people have the right to live with dignity, they also have the right to die with dignity.

Now , after the death of Aruna Ramchandra Shanbaug  it has become legal and government is now preparing to institutionalise  the practice by moving the bill(The Article 21 ).
