PsyCap: Psychological Capital for better performance

Psychological Capital (PsyCap)  is – “an individual’s positive psychological state of development”.

There are  4 important PsyCap Capacities that helps to lower the stress level and performa better.

Hope
Optimism
Self-efficacy
Resilience

Hope  is a positive motivational state that is based on an interactively derived sense of successful agency /goal-directed energy and pathways / planning to meet goals.

Optimism is  not only expecting good things to come, but reacting to problems with a sense of confidence and high personal ability.

Self-efficacy is  the belief that you are able to accomplish something effectively.

Resilience – People not only bounce back from the not so good events in life but they rebound and go beyond where they were previously. They go beyond better.
