ना मारो अपनी रूह, आत्मा, ज़मीर को।

अपने ऊपर आक्रोश और ग़ुस्सा कर,

अपने लिए कड़वे नकारात्मक बातें कर।

अपने-आप को

अपराध बोध में ना डुबाओ।

Psychological Fact- Guilt is a self-conscious

emotion that involves negative

evaluations of the self, feelings of distress,

and feelings of failure. It’s not good for

our health. Always protect your mental

well-being and quality of life.
