युगों-युगों से आध्यात्म कहता आ रहा है,
अपने दिल से बातें करो, कुछ उसकी सुनो।
किसे सुनाते रहें अपनी उलझनें,
कहानियाँ और ख़्वाबों की दास्ताँनें?
ख़ुद से ख़ुद की गुफ़्तुगू अच्छी है ग़र अच्छा लगे।
अपना दुख-सुख तो अपना दिल हीं
सबसे अच्छा जानता-समझता है।
बातें करने के लिए मुद्दतों से खोजते रहे राज़दार,
मिला अपने पहलू में अपना हीं दिल।
बस याद रखना है वही बातें करे, जो दिल,
और अपने-आपको को दर्द नहीं, सुकून दे।

I know, even I do this. 😊Although people often associate self-talk with mental health issues.
But it’s not true. You must have noticed, This behaviour is common in children too.
