Expressive Writing :Expressive Writing is  expressing yourself through writing which comes from your core.

 Writing is a therapy  too –  writing is creative  hobby which  helps you in healing too.

Writing is a brain-stimulating activity  –   A new study  found that reading books,  writing, following your hobbies are  brain-stimulating activities at any age. It  improves memory, focus, mood & many  more.

      3. यह अच्छी बात है आप अपने को पहचानने की कोशिश करते है. यह आत्म मंथन हमेशा अपने आप को ऊपर उठाने में मदद करता है. क्योंकि कम ही लोग अपनी अच्छाई या बुराई का सही मूल्यांकन करने में विश्वास रखते है.

  1. This is very true. I’ve recently started writing a lot more (it’s been about a year) and it’s made me feel a lot more fulfilled. Jotting my ideas down and seeing them all on paper is a happy feeling for me, and makes me feel like I’m doing something. For some reason, it also makes me more confident when I express my opinion about something (I suppose this is because I reinforce it by writing it down, and in doing so, reassure myself of what my values are.)

  2. I have always used writing or pen to paper as my mind becomes overloaded, my best therapy but I am beginning to realise how much it can help others by reading what you have wrote. Can I share and place under other peoples words on my website, alongside your post relating to memory.
